The studio’s work centers on new construction and building-scale alteration projects, with a focus on technically rigorous architectural design and delivery. We are particularly interested in development-driven work and complex renovations, and frequently collaborate with interior designers, developers, and consultants as the architectural partner responsible for building design, approvals, and construction coordination.

Chen Jin

Partner

Chen Jin is a registered architect in NY, NJ, and CT, and is NCARB certified. She was formerly an Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), where her work focused on residential, mix-used, and hospitality projects. Chen holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania.

Yao Dong

Partner

Yao Dong is a registered architect in multiple U.S. jurisdictions, including NY, NJ, CT, PA, SC, TX, and FL. She was formerly an Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), where her work included large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects. Yao received a Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua University and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University.
